I usually run the Marvell Yukon LAN, but I want to have two LAN cards
active at the same time for backup reasons and because it is easier
with VPN-server setup in Win2003 as well. When I tried to enable the
Nvidia NForce LAN, it seemed to come up fine and cable disconnected,
which is correct, because I don't have the cable yet. The problem is
that the Marvell Yukon LAN stops working when I enable the Nvidia
NForce LAN. When I try to ping my router I get Hardware error on every
ping.

How can I get rid of these errors and use both network LAN cards?

try look at computer info and devmgmt.msc and see if there is conflict in
resources.

If there is try re-assign resources.

failing that try in the bios

failing that try a different NIC than marvel
